1 What is NALVA?

NALVA is an online Korean shopping platform, with personally curated women’s clothing and accessories, all made in Korea. The name NALVA is derived from the phrase ’naleul bwa’ (나를 봐), meaning ‘look at me’. Our tagline is All Eyes On You.

2 Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the world, excluding India, New Zealand and Brazil (due to import tax regulations / shipping costs). We are also currently not shipping to Ukraine, but this may change as the circumstances improve.

3 How long does the shipping take to get to ____ ?

5~21 business days, depending on which shipping method you use, and where you are in the world. You can get the estimated shipping time on the checkout menu.

 

4 Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other charges?

VAT and other import taxes may occur depending on your country and the value of your purchase. The recipient will be responsible for the duties and taxes for the import packages. We do not offer refunds for orders unreceived due to unpaid customs taxes.

5 Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes, a tracking number will be provided via email within 2~3 days after it has been shipped. The email will be sent via shipgate.io , our shipping provider. Please be sure to check your spam box as well.

6 What payments do you accept?

We accept Paypal, as well as Visa and Mastercard.

7 Are refunds available?

Please refer to our Return Policy page.

8 Why is my order taking so long?

Some products are made on a per-order basis, as noted on the product page. These will naturally take a longer time to ship. We will notify you of any unexpected delays via email.

9 Can I order from Korea?

If you use an international credit card on your PayPal account yes. If you are ordering from Korea please write down your address in Korean if possible, it helps us a lot. Thank you.
